Expedited Delivery Services in the Bay Area

Pioneer Express Corporation is an “On Demand Rush Trucking & Courier Service” company. That means if your freight or package has to be there NOW, call Pioneer Express and it’s done.

The services that we provide our customers are a result of our customers’ demand for their products and/or materials to arrive on time and in the same condition as when they left their front office or loading dock. That is why we go the extra mile to train our drivers and equip them with the right tools to be able to do the job in a manner expected by our customers.

2 Hour Rush Service
— when you must get your package to its destination within 2 hours, we dispatch your request to the closest available driver for delivery ASAP.

4 Hour Standard, 7 days a week service is available to you. Prearrangements are required after regular business hours of 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Storage Facilities
To complement our customers’ needs for storage, we have approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of storage facility in SSF & Hayward available at very competitive rates. Warehouse hours are from 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Our warehouse dock facility is large enough to accommodate 48-foot containers for easy loading and off loading.

Ship-Outs
If you need to ship materials that are currently being stored in our facility, just call and we will take care of the rest. We will make sure that your shipment arrives at its destination on time.

Out of Town Shipments
If you need to ship products that have to go out of state and you have a designated trucker/courier different from Pioneer Express, we need to know who your designated carrier is and your account number to avoid delays.
All shipments coming out of our storage facilities require a 24-hour pull-out notice, and a faxed authorization must be received prior to shipment. Customers are advised to maintain their own inventory system. We ship products in full boxes only.

Liability Limits
We will not be liable for loss or damages due to fire, flood and/or similar calamities beyond that already covered by our umbrella policy. Call for details. We suggest that you purchase your own insurance coverage.
